• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, which record technical details such as IP address and browser type. We do not run analytics or tracking software on this Site, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

We do not require account creation, so we do not maintain user profiles, passwords, or login credentials.

• Process your payment and deliver your purchased digital Products.
• Send your order confirmation and secure download links via email.

Your purchase confirmation and download links are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Download links are personal to your order and expire after 3 downloads, as described in our Terms and Conditions. We do not use this information to identify you outside the context of fulfilling and supporting your order.

We use a single cookie, and only to remember what is in your cart. It holds nothing but product identifiers, no personal information, and it is not readable by scripts running in your browser.

We do not use analytics cookies, tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party ad targeting of any kind. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; if you do, the cart will not remember your selections.

We retain order and transaction records for as long as necessary to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Email addresses used solely for order fulfillment are retained as part of our order history and are not used for unrelated purposes without your consent.

Marketing emails: If you’ve opted into promotional emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us directly.

Color Hub’s Products are designed for use by children under adult supervision, but our Site and checkout process are intended for use by adults (parents, teachers, caregivers) making a purchase. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including relying on established, secure third-party providers (Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for file storage) rather than storing sensitive data ourselves. If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer and processing.
