Terms and Conditions

Color Hub sells digital, downloadable products, including but not limited to printable coloring books, tracing worksheets, story coloring books, and puzzle packs (collectively, “Products ”). All Products are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Color Hub does not require account creation or a subscription to purchase. At checkout, you provide a valid email address and payment method. Your purchase, receipt, and download access are tied to that email address and the secure links generated for your order.

When you purchase a Product from Color Hub, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Print and use the Product for personal, family, or single-classroom educational use.
• Print multiple physical copies for use within your own household or your own individual classroom.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or post the digital files (in whole or in part) on any other website, marketplace, file-sharing service, or social media platform.
• Share your download link with anyone outside your household.
• Claim authorship of the designs, artwork, or content.
• Use the Products for commercial resale, mass production, or inclusion in another product for sale, without prior written permission from Color Hub.

All Products remain the intellectual property of Color Hub. Purchasing a Product grants a license to use it as described above; it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

• Buy without an account. Checkout requires only a card and an email address. There is nothing to sign up for and no subscription.
• Download immediately. After payment is confirmed, your files are available on the confirmation page, typically a PDF, or a ZIP file for bundles.
• Email backup. We also email the same download links automatically, so closing the confirmation tab costs you nothing. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
• Your download link is personal. Each file may be downloaded up to three (3) times. This allows you to save it to more than one device (for example, your phone and your computer) with one spare. Please do not share, post, or forward your link, once the 3 downloads are used, the link stops working, including for you.
• Need a reset? If you run out of downloads, contact us at support@colorhubstudios.com and we will reset your link.
• Link expiration. Download links are valid from the date of purchase. If your link has expired before 3 downloads, contact us for assistance.

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Color Hub does not store your full payment card details.
• We reserve the right to change prices on the site at any time. Changes will not affect orders already completed.

Applicable sales tax or value-added tax (VAT) may be added at checkout based on your location, in accordance with applicable law. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the billing information you provide is accurate for tax-determination purposes.

Because our Products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final, and we generally do not offer refunds once a download link has been issued and used.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases such as:

• A technical error prevented you from accessing your purchase, and we were unable to resolve it.
• You were charged in error or charged multiple times for the same order.

To request a refund review, contact us at support@colorhubstudios.com within 3 of purchase, including your order confirmation.

Free coloring pages or samples offered by Color Hub are subject to the same license terms as paid Products (Section 3): personal and classroom use only, no resale or redistribution.

All designs, illustrations, text, layouts, and content within Color Hub Products and on this website are the property of Color Hub and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

By using this site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, files, or customer data.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or download content without authorization.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent download limits or security measures.

Products are provided “as is.” While we take care in the design and accuracy of our Products, Color Hub makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose. Coloring pages, worksheets, and educational content are intended as supplemental activities and are not a substitute for professional educational or developmental guidance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Color Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific Product.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
