Color Hub sells digital, downloadable products, including but not limited to printable coloring books, tracing worksheets, story coloring books, and puzzle packs (collectively, “Products ”). All Products are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Color Hub does not require account creation or a subscription to purchase. At checkout, you provide a valid email address and payment method. Your purchase, receipt, and download access are tied to that email address and the secure links generated for your order.

When you purchase a Product from Color Hub, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Print and use the Product for personal, family, or single-classroom educational use.
• Print multiple physical copies for use within your own household or your own individual classroom.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or post the digital files (in whole or in part) on any other website, marketplace, file-sharing service, or social media platform.
• Share your download link with anyone outside your household.
• Claim authorship of the designs, artwork, or content.
• Use the Products for commercial resale, mass production, or inclusion in another product for sale, without prior written permission from Color Hub.

All Products remain the intellectual property of Color Hub. Purchasing a Product grants a license to use it as described above; it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

• Buy without an account. Checkout requires only a card and an email address. There is nothing to sign up for and no subscription.
• Download immediately. After payment is confirmed, your files are available on the confirmation page, typically a PDF, or a ZIP file for bundles.
• Email backup. We also email the same download links automatically, so closing the confirmation tab costs you nothing. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
• Your download link is personal. Each file may be downloaded up to three (3) times. This allows you to save it to more than one device (for example, your phone and your computer) with one spare. Please do not share, post, or forward your link, once the 3 downloads are used, the link stops working, including for you.
• Need a reset? If you run out of downloads, contact us at support@colorhubstudios.com and we will reset your link.
• Link expiration. Download links are valid from the date of purchase. If your link has expired before 3 downloads, contact us for assistance.

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Color Hub does not store your full payment card details.
• We reserve the right to change prices on the site at any time. Changes will not affect orders already completed.

Applicable sales tax or value-added tax (VAT) may be added at checkout based on your location, in accordance with applicable law. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the billing information you provide is accurate for tax-determination purposes.

Because our Products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final, and we generally do not offer refunds once a download link has been issued and used.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases such as:

• A technical error prevented you from accessing your purchase, and we were unable to resolve it.
• You were charged in error or charged multiple times for the same order.

To request a refund review, contact us at support@colorhubstudios.com within 3 of purchase, including your order confirmation.

Free coloring pages or samples offered by Color Hub are subject to the same license terms as paid Products (Section 3): personal and classroom use only, no resale or redistribution.

All designs, illustrations, text, layouts, and content within Color Hub Products and on this website are the property of Color Hub and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

By using this site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, files, or customer data.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or download content without authorization.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent download limits or security measures.

Products are provided “as is.” While we take care in the design and accuracy of our Products, Color Hub makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose. Coloring pages, worksheets, and educational content are intended as supplemental activities and are not a substitute for professional educational or developmental guidance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Color Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific Product.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

We collect only what’s needed to process your order, deliver your files, and run the Site.

Information you provide directly:

• Email address: required at checkout to send your order confirmation and download links.
• Payment information: collected and processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. Color Hub does not receive, store, or have access to your full card number.
• Billing address / location: collected during checkout where required for payment processing and applicable tax calculation.
• Any information you send us directly, such as messages to our support email.

Information collected automatically:

• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, which record technical details such as IP address and browser type.
• Basic, privacy-friendly analytics: which pages are viewed, which site a visitor arrived from, and their country. This is collected by Vercel Web Analytics without cookies and without any cross-site identifier. It is counted in aggregate, and we do not build profiles of individual visitors.

We do not require account creation, so we do not maintain user profiles, passwords, or login credentials.

We use the information collected to:

• Process your payment and deliver your purchased digital Products.
• Send your order confirmation and secure download links via email.
• Respond to customer support inquiries.
• Maintain records of transactions for accounting and legal compliance (including applicable tax obligations).
• Improve our Site, Products, and overall customer experience.
• Send occasional updates about new Products or promotions, only if you opt in to marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time (see Section 7).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your purchase confirmation and download links are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Download links are personal to your order and expire after 3 downloads, as described in our Terms and Conditions. We do not use this information to identify you outside the context of fulfilling and supporting your order.

We use a single cookie, and only to remember what is in your cart. It holds nothing but product identifiers, no personal information, and it is not readable by scripts running in your browser.

Our analytics does not use cookies at all. It counts page views without storing anything on your device and without any identifier that could follow you to another site.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party ad targeting of any kind. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; if you do, the cart will not remember your selections.

We retain order and transaction records for as long as necessary to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Email addresses used solely for order fulfillment are retained as part of our order history and are not used for unrelated purposes without your consent.

Marketing emails: If you’ve opted into promotional emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us directly.

Access or deletion requests: You may contact us to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to request deletion, subject to our legitimate need to retain certain records (e.g., transaction history for tax purposes).

Color Hub’s Products are designed for use by children under adult supervision, but our Site and checkout process are intended for use by adults (parents, teachers, caregivers) making a purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including relying on established, secure third-party providers (Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for file storage) rather than storing sensitive data ourselves. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer and processing.
